If you’re facing the error “Cannot open W3SVC service on computer” while opening Visual Studio you probably are trying to access without administrator permission.
To open with Visual Studio Administrator privileges open Properties in application Task bar
Click “Advanced”
Check “Run as Administrator” and OK
